Deborah is a qualified mental health professional, Neuro-Linguistic Master Practitioner and Solution Focused Psychotherapist. She has worked for many years within the Health and Education Services. Having worked as the specialist nurse for looked after children and care leavers Deborah has a wealth of experience in working with vulnerable young people and their carers. Deborah is currently employed as Clinical Lead of Step2.
